Efficient, Polite and Professional

I had to make a Sunday call after our main backed up and I could not clear it myself. Oscar got back to me quickly and helped walk me through a diagnostic of the back-up to see if I could avoid a Sunday service call. I could, so he agreed to fit me in on Monday. He kept in contact to let me know when he would be able to make it by. Did the job (it was hard, the line was blocked 70-80’ from the clean-out.) Cleaned up and left. He was efficient, polite and professional. Could not ask for more.
